These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all contracts and interactions between you (“you”, “the user”) and us, Ori App Studio GmbH, c/o Jonas Lüthke, Eschersheimer Str. 27, 12099 Berlin, Germany, email: [email protected] (“we”, “us”), when you use the TravelPack mobile application (“TravelPack”, “the Service”).

By using TravelPack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions apply to all usage of the TravelPack mobile application.

Please note that TravelPack is currently an offline-first, locally stored packing list app without backend services, but future updates may introduce optional cloud-based features (such as account creation or syncing). If such features are added, these Terms may be updated accordingly.

2. Who Can Use TravelPack

You may use TravelPack only if:

• you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy
• you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction
• you are 13 years or older

TravelPack currently does not require registration or user accounts. If future versions introduce authentication or cloud access, use of those features may be subject to additional terms or age restrictions.

3. Description of the Service

TravelPack is designed to help you organize packing lists for trips by allowing you to create lists, add items, and store relevant trip information.

The Service operates entirely locally on your device. We provide the software AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, and we may update, expand, or modify features over time—potentially including online functionality or cloud synchronization in the future.

4. No Warranty

We do not represent or warrant that TravelPack is error-free, complete, reliable, or will always operate without interruption.
