These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all contracts and interactions between you (“you”, “the user”) and us, Ori App Studio GmbH, c/o Jonas Lüthke, Eschersheimer Str. 27, 12099 Berlin, Germany, email: [email protected] (“we”, “us”), when you use the Packo mobile application (“Packo”, “the Service”).
By using Packo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
These general terms and conditions apply to all usage of the Packo mobile application.
Please note that Packo is an offline-first application that uses backend services. User data is stored using cloud infrastructure and synchronized when an internet connection is available. Use of the Service is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may use Packo only if:
Packo uses user authentication to operate. Users are authenticated using anonymous authentication or by linking an email address or a third-party account. Use of the Service requires acceptance of this authentication mechanism.
Packo is designed to help you organize packing lists for trips by allowing you to create lists, add items, and store relevant trip information.
The Service is designed to work offline and synchronize data automatically when an internet connection is available. User authentication is handled using Firebase Authentication, and data is stored and synchronized using Firebase Realtime Database. We provide the software AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, and we may update, expand, modify, or discontinue features over time.
